The Person County Partnership for Children (PCPFC), a local Smart Start agency, is seeking proposals for agencies or individuals interested in providing evidence-based services that support the quality and availability of childcare, family support services, and health initiatives in Person County. Services will be provided July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2026, with funding approved on an annual basis per fiscal year (July 1-June 30). PCPFC may amend or terminate contracts in the event of noncompliance, changes in scope of work, or change in the availability of funds.
PCPFC, a private, non-profit 501(c)(3), serves the interests of Person County’s young children, ages 0-5, and their families. Review of program effectiveness, submission of annual budget, compliance with reporting and monitoring requirements, and availability of funds will determine funding. PCPFC reserves the right to reject any applications that do not offer the best interest to the Partnership.
All interested applicants may direct inquiries to the Executive Director at kfoti@pcpfc.org. Completed applications with required documentation must be submitted to PCPFC no later than 5:00 pm, on Wednesday, March 8, 2023.
